The process of the absorption desorption system of the oil catalytic cracking unit of 1 million tons of oil is relatively backward of Yanchang Petroleum Group.And the energy consumption is big.In order to reduce the energy consumption,the process is improved,and the equipment is designed.Process improvement of the main parts include:(1)the cooling medium of supplement absorbent is changed the deep cold water by the circulating water;(2)the absorbing medium of absorption tower is changed the circulating reflux of the crown in ractionating tower by the light diesel;(3)the rich absorbent oil enters directly originally the desorption tower,the rich absorbent oil mix compression fat gas and solution inspiration now,and then enters the desorption tower;(4)the feeding way is changed the second-level condensation feeding way by the originally single laid hot feeding;(5)the desorption tower middle design a middle reboiler.From the calculation of material balance and energy balance,the energy efficiency of energy saving in the process improvement of absorption and stabilization system of catalytic cracking unit was calculated.Through the reconstruction of the desorption tower,the operation condition of the middle and the boiler was investigated,and the efficiency of the three operation middle reboiler was evaluated,and the direct economic benefit evaluation was obtained.The results show that the investment is little,and the economic benefit is obvious.It is worth to be applied.
