Design And Implementation Of The Digital Oil-Field Wellhead Parameter Simulation System

With the development of digital oilfield,the intelligent acquisition monitoring system of wellhead parameters has been widely used in various fields.Wellhead parameters usually include: the angular displacement,the load,the torque and power of transducer,the electric current and power of power parameter podule.Through these parameters can map show the indicator diagrams,current,power figure,torque figure,which can intuitively reflect the status of the well.In this paper,the system of digital oilfield wellhead parameter simulation can simulate the wellhead parameters of oil field,and can simulate the running process of oil field wellhead parameter automatic collection,transmission,can reflect the actual operation of the digital oilfield.The design of digital oilfield wellhead parameter simulation system includes both the design of hardware and software.The design of hardware includes CPU,power supply circuit,reset circuit,JTAG circuit,RS232 serial interface circuit,RS485 serial interface circuit,AO circuit,DI circuit,DO circuit.In this paper,the chip of AT91SAM7X512 was selected as the CPU of simulation system.AO circuit simulates the angular displacement and the load.RS485 circuit simulates frequency converter and power acquisition module.DI circuit and DO circuit simulate digital signal to realize local control,remote control and start-stop pump control,alarm control.The design of software is developed in the ADS environment operation,programmed by language of C,to realize the simulation of the well head parameters and transmission,and other functions.Using digital oilfield wellhead parameter simulation system,the researchers can be done the simulation of site condition in the laboratory,which is convenient to the research and debugging.At the same time,the simulation system can guide debugging and installation at the scene which can reduce the cost and improve the working efficiency.
