With the development of high technology,machine tool technology reach a new stage,higher demands are needed on the process performance and processing performance.The problem of chatter stability of machine tool is a complex nonlinear problem,directly affects the machining accuracy and machining efficiency.Therefore,the research on the dynamic performance of machine tools is to improve the vibration resistance,to ensure that the stability is high enough.At present,the research on vibration of the machine tool,especially research on stability problem caused by the chatter,mostly about the theory model of the cutting process and its simulation,research on the performance of the machine tool is mainly about the machining accuracy,lack of detection methods and testing standards to test the stability of machine tool cutting.In this paper four axis vertical machining center number YCM-V65 A was used to research on the chatter stability.Then put forward the test method to detection machine tool cutting stability using a workpiece.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)The dynamic milling force and milling process dynamics model is set up and reveal the relation between the machine structure and machining process and dynamic performance of machine tool,given the discriminant method on stability of the machine tool.(2)Using analytical method to research on the stability analysis,and using MATLAB to draw the chatter stability lobes diagram,analyzed the main factors affecting machine tool cutting stability,summed the influence law.(3)A method of on-line real-time monitoring of the chatter and the stability of the machine tool is presented.(4)Design the machine stability test specimen and test scheme,carry out the stability test of YCM-V65 A type four axis vertical machining center.Firstly,experiment on modal test and milling force coefficients identification test,to get the modal parameters and milling force coefficient of the machine tool system.Then draw the actual parameters of stability lobes diagram.Finally,using the specimens to do stability test,analyze the experiment phenomena and verify the rationality of the theoretical model. |
