The alkylate produced in isobutane alkylation process as an important industrial product in petroleum refining industry is the ideal additive to enhance the quality of gasolineThe alkylate produced in the isobutane alkylation process are important industrial products in the petroleum refining industry because of their ideal nature as gasoline additives to enhance the quality and combustion performance in the spark ignition engine.Facing with the more severe environmental issues,the traditional alkylation industry technology is obsolete.So it's urgent to improve the alkylation technology,with special emphasis on the alkylation catalysts.Based on this insight,we carried out our work to deal with this problem.In this work,a series of ionic liquids containing N-cations [N222H]+ which are blended with triflic acid were synthesized and investigated for their catalytic performance in triflic acid/ionic liquids synergistically catalyzed isobutane alkylation process.Through studying the acid strength of the triflic acid modified by ionic liquid [N222H]CF3SO3,we found that the acid strength of triflic acid/ionic liquid was stable because the presence of the anionic cluster [N222H?CF3SO3?x].It makes the triflic acid/ionic liquids system a potential alkylation catalyst.The result of evaluating the catalytic performance of [N222H]CF3SO3/CF3SO3 H system catalyzed alkylation shows that the high-quality alkylate of RON up to 97.3,C8 selectivity up to 86.23% was got.The result of reusability of the [N222H]CF3SO3/CF3SO3 H and pure CF3SO3 H shows that the service life of catalyst system [N222H]CF3SO3/CF3SO3 H is about 1.7 times of that of pure CF3SO3 H,and the RON of alkylate obtained by [N222H]CF3SO3/CF3SO3 H is higher than that of pure CF3SO3 H by 3.Apart from the above work,the acidic polymeric ionic liquids catalyst with the advantages of polymer and ionic liquids was prepared,and the process to prepare acidic polymeric ionic liquid was studied.The surface area of polymeric ionic liquid with pore size of 48 nm is up to 834.89 m2/g,much more than that of alumina oxide or silicon oxide.The result of evaluating the catalytic performance of acidic polymeric ionic liquids catalyst catalyzed alkylation shows that the alkylate of RON up to 90.0,C8 selectivity to 51.5% was got.The result of reusability of acidic polymeric ionic liquids catalyst shows that the service life of acidic polymeric ionic liquids catalyst catalyzed isotubane alkylation is more than 50 minutes.
