The food industry develops rapidly and the average annual growth rate is more than 25% in our country,which has more than three times the GDP growth rate.Food additive is closely related to the development of food industry and one of the important basis for the innovative development of food industry is food additives.Food additives has played a huge promoting role in the innovative development of food industry and the improvement of food quality and safety.This paper mainly discusses the adopting the exaction of bromine mother liquor as raw materials in the tianjin changlu hangu saltworks limited liability company,preparing for the food grade crystal Mgcl2.The system adopts reliable technology of decoloring brine to the mother liquor of bromine.After decoloring,use the process of evaporation, concentration, cooling crystallization, elutriation and so on, which is preparate for the food grade crystal Mgcl2.Through small test and moderate test,eventually determine that the production process that the annual output 40000 t food grade crystal Mgcl2 in the tianjin changlu hangu saltworks limited liability company.By studying the get the following conclusion:(1) the brine purification process using the chemical method of calcium hypochlorite bleaching, when decoloring time on 60 minutes, at 50 degrees temperature brine after decolorizing whiteness 95%, meet the requirements of process production, the calcium chloride desulfurization method can remove sulfuric acid root ion in brine, removal rate of 90%;(2) in the process of brine evaporation, crystallization, to control the evaporation magnesium chloride content in the concentrate 39% can get relatively good particles, when will get the content of magnesium chloride brine decoloring, desulfurization after evaporation meet food grade product requirements, content of sulfuric acid root not overweight. Outside brine,(3) the mold cooling process was larger crystal magnesium chloride particles, to mold the overflow of the discharge fluid and completion fluid mixed in proportion of 1:1, guarantees the crystallization rate.(4) of the product by mother liquid magnesium chloride, sodium chloride crystals can be smaller impurities from magnesium chloride products, improve the purity of target products.(5) using the process method of the preparation of magnesium chloride product indicators meet the national "national food safety standards, food additives, magnesium chloride GB25584 2010 index requirements.
