For the low-yielding wells,plunger lift is currently the most widely used downhole drive recovery methods.This paper is now a mature technology submersible motor screw monk at the trial stage of the linear motor driven reciprocating pump,conceived a new concept,with a program that is rotating back and forth.The main work and research results can be summarized as the following aspects.In the new program,based on the design of underground transmission system.Select the appropriate submersible motor and a reciprocating pump,the overall model of the transmission structure from incomplete gear change to the composition of the device,the planetary gear reducer,ball screw,protection several main parts.Incomplete gear change mechanism connected to the submersible motor output shaft to achieve the motor commutation.According to a given transmission ratio,calculating with the program of the planetary gear tooth.The input terminal coupled to the output of the planetary gear train and ball screw,ball screw and finally piston pump plunger coupling.Complete the establishment of the overall transmission system on this model of design ideas.Underground transmission model has been completed based on the planetary gears and ball screws separate mechanical analysis.According to the planetary gears with teeth,as well as the size of the gear transmission planetary gear establish the exact model,the dynamic contact finite element method,using the finite element software ABAQUS gear tooth contact during stress situations simulation analysis,stress teeth during meshing with the change of time.After ignoring the inertial force of ball screw based on contact theory and the basic principles of the finite element,by NX on the ball screw and nut and ball modeling and analyzing the way and screw bearing load conditions,using the finite element method screw stress analysis,the stress state of the screw.
