Jingbian gas field belongs to the low pressure,low permeability,low-yield field,the blocks have different levels of water production wells presence.Due to the high salinity of formation water into the dirt and ion content,natural gas also contains a certain amount of CO2 and H2 S,in the gas mining process could easily lead to the wellbore corrosion,scaling,wellbore wall roughness change,resulting in gas production process increase friction along the wellbore and wellbore blockage,liquid loading,seriously affected the normal production of gas.In order to reduce the pressure to ensure that gas production,according to different water needs wellbore friction and pressure drop variation to analyze and judge the wellbore blockage,provide the basis for determining the appropriate measures plugging.Therefore we need to combine the actual situation in Jingbian gas field,to carry out an aqueous wellbore friction analysis.Based on the present situation and the development of Jingbian gas field water production Cause analysis on single-phase flow,and multiphase flow theory,a variety of wellbore friction and pressure drop calculation model and method were compared,and according to measured data before and after the big workover,by friction analysis calculations to determine a different wellbore wall surface roughness of the wellbore friction and pressure drop model was modified to determine a suitable Jingbian gas wells producing water and friction pressure drop calculation models and methods,and the procedures;at the same time using this method for different content and clog wellbore liquid loading were predicted.The results showed that:(1)for Hagedorn-Brown Correction Model Jingbian Gas aqueous wellbore friction additional pressure drop calculations,after which the borehole wall roughness correction value is 11.10×10-5m,the results of the model more in line with the actual production situation;(2)due to friction caused by the wellbore wall roughness change additional pressure loss of about 1.0~2.0MPa,accounting for about 70% of the oil jacket pressure,indicating that during the wellbore and wellbore blockage friction calculation content and the liquid loading was predicted,we must consider the actual roughness of the wellbore wall;(3)under the same conditions as Reynolds,UT-8 concentration of foaming agent discharge coefficient of friction of 0.50% at a concentration of 1.67 times when the friction coefficient of 0.20%.Within a certain range of foam discharge concentration smaller wall friction coefficient and produce smaller,the need for foam discharge concentration is optimized when the bubble discharge operation;(4)by calculation software Jingbian Gas aqueous wellbore pressure distribution analysis,prediction and location of the wellbore plug fouling fouling matter content,and can determine whether the wellbore fluid and fluid volume as a gas well plugging cleaning implement,foam drainage production,and stable to provide evidence.
