With the rapid advancement of science and technology, NC machine tools with high-speed, high-accuracy and high-efficiency are the directions in fast-speed developing modern NC machine tools, especially the five-axis linkage machining center, which occupy the important position in the processing industry.Due to the long-period, high-investment of money, poor-efficiency in development cycle, it is necessary to researchers that studying the dynamic analysis of the five-axis linkage machining center and understanding the overall properties of whole machine to perfect the design.The thesis chooses the DMU50 as the research object, on the basis of impeller, using theory modeling, simulation and experiment based on computer modeling and simulation technology five-axis linkage machining center is characterized in the present paper, which hopes to provide a reference foundation for its structural optimization, control system design and machine feasibility.The research contents are as follows:(1) Firstly, it tells the characteristics of DMU50 five-axis linkage machining center, using three dimensional software carries on the theory of geometric modeling, and the kinematics and dynamics of simulation analysis on virtual prototype is performed in the ADMS12.0, it provided reference for the processing center's structure design and the selection of motor parameters.(2) Then, the statics analysis and modal analysis on the key components of processing center is performed, the spindle static stiffness is obtained by static analysis; The former six order modal frequency and natural vibration type of the main shaft is obtained through modal analysis, as well as the integral impeller's static and dynamic first six order natural frequencies and natural modes, which provided reference for the dynamic characteristics of machining center.(3) Thirdly, the processing center's coupled model is established by virtual prototyping and finite element method. Contrast the model of rigid body system with previous model, attain the difference value, which can compensate the error of tool's shape and position, and then improve the processing precision of machine.(4) Finally, the vibration system of coupled model is established, the frequency response function curve of this model is obtained by vibration analysis, which provided reference for the structure design and theoretical basis of machining center.
