Environmental Pollution Problems Of Pesticides And Govern Countermeasures & Study

Agricultural production has a very important role in our country and it is the foundation of our national economy. As the continuous increasing of population and people's demands for agricultural products,the important role of the agricultural economy has become increasingly apparent. In order to ensure production of crops and farmers' income, pesticides are inevitably used in agricultural production. Pesticides play decisive roles in the prevention and control of crop pests and diseases, ensuring the normal growth of the crops and increasing yield per unit area. But different kinds of pesticides, long-term using even abusing and misoperation on them or waste gases and water of pesticide enterprises will pollute soil, water, air, food, animals and humans seriously.The thesis starts from the Hui Feng event and analyses the ways and channels of environmental pollution from pesticides. It is mainly through soil, water, air, transfermation of food chain among animals and animal migration to pollute the environment. The pollution will make the soil texture worse so there often is a phenomenon of dead animals and plants. Food safety is affected by that and even forms a threat to human health. Through the investigation of the local rural pollution event happened, knowing about the pesticides used by parts of peasants nearby Hui Feng, the pollution of Da Feng farmland and environment, the production of pesticide enterprises and the dealers'sales of pesticides, I think the main pollution causes as follows:the quality problems of pesticide production, Farmers'non-standard unscientific using pesticides, the lack of awareness of safety and environmental protection, the partial implementation of government policies, the market operation of pesticide and the insufficient propaganda of environmental protection. At last, according to the investigation, I put forward the corresponding countermeasures to control the local environmental pollution, such as:upgrading technological of enterprises, improving the quality of farmers, changing the mode of operation, adopting a series of policies from the government, enhancing people's awareness of environmental protection.There are two points of innovation in the passage. Firstly, this paper presents a series of problems by pesticide pollution, systematic investigates and analyses the pollution causes in Xin Feng and neighboring villages and towns of Da Feng in Yan Cheng, finds out the corresponding countermeasures to control it and offers some reasonable suggestions to control the local environmental pollution. This is an innovation of a reseach angle. Secondly, the paper draws a series of valuable conclusions by the analysis of theoretical and substantial evidence. They are as follows:It is useful for environmental protection to increase the intensity of peasants'environmental education; Establishing extensive system of agricultural technology; Promoting the maturity technology of pesticide application actively and encouraging to product the pesticides of effective, long-term, low residue. All these have important theoretical and practical value to environmental protection of Da Feng in Yan Cheng city.
