Two types of organic salt compounds containing phosphonic acid group were synthesized. By studying their crystal structures and dielectric properties, information on the phase change and dielectric anomaly characteristics was obtained. The first part:Amino trimethylene phosphonic acid is used to react with different organic base to yield four compounds, [C3H11NO9P3][C2H7ClN] (1), [C3H10NO9P3][(C4H12N)2][3H2O] (2), [C3H10NO9P3][(C6H16N)2][3H2O] (3) and [C3H9NO9P3][(C7H10N)3] (4). Crystal structures, IR spectra, PXRD patterns and dielectric properties of these compounds were investigated. The second part:1-Hydroxy ethylidene-1,1-diphosphonic acid is used to react with different organic base to yield nine compounds, [C2H7O7P2][C3H5N2] (5), [C2H7O7P2][C4H7N2] (6), [C2H7O7P2][C3H5N2] (7), [C2H7O7P2][C5H6N][H2O] (8), [C2H7O7P2][C6H5N3][C6H6N3] (9), [C2H7O7P2][C9H14N] (10), [C2H6O7P2][C4H12N2][3H2O] (11), [C2H7O7P2][C7H16N] (12) and [C2H7O7P2][C8H18N] (13), Crystal structures, IR spectra, PXRD patterns and the dielectric properties of these compounds were investigated. In the 13 compounds, compound 1 and 2 undergo structural phase transitions and show dielectric constant changes. |
