Research Of Dust Control In Anjialing Coal Preparation Plant And Application

Coal-dust chemical and physical properties decide that it is not only harmful to human body,but also affect the safety of production, so dust control is always the key and difficult point that countries and enterprises should pay attention to. Now,dust particles movement law and dust mechanism of different dust control method have already become the emphasis and difficulty. The dust pollution in Anjialing Coal Mine is serious, so that it serious threats to coal mine production safety and worker's physical and mental health.In this article, using of the gas-solid two-phase flow to study the influence of extrinsic dust on conveyor belt and reveals the coal drop pipe conveyer belt mechanism and the transport of dust migration law through the dust properties of the source testing and scientific proof. At the same time, according to the separating source management, seal filtering and spraying was used to control the diffusion of dust at different point, and the guide chute length and atomization parameters were determined. Taking the research achievement applying to 7025 belt of Anjialing coal mine preparation plant, it achieved expected monitoring and dust removal effect and proved that the program is feasibility. This research achievement has a very good reference for other dust production points of coal mine.
