Study On Inner Dump Slope Stability Of Heidaigou Open-pit Coal Mine With Compositive Technology System

Hei Daigou open-pit mine is a modern mine which has a nearly horizontal coal seam. It has achieved internal waste disposal dump. Open-pit mine on the sloping direction from mine to mine side of the bottom slope, therefore, the mine exists the possibility of bedding landslide along the underside. Hei Daigou open-pit mine adopted wheel bucket excavator-belt conveyor-the belt of dump machine+single bucket excavator-trucks+dragline overcasting combined mining system. The inner jump is formed from three kinds of technology which has increased the complexity of the displacement.This paper study in this subject by laboratory experiment method, the theoretical analysis as well as the numerical simulation method,etc. Based on the research to the open-pit mine geologic environment, rock mechanics index, the amount of rainfall and the production process, using simulation experiment, analysis the inner jump stability under the dynamic load effect, and using a software called FLAC3D, make a evaluation to the inner jump slope's safety. It is concluded that casting blast will cause relatively faulting materials and coal floor at the bottom of the border but only has displacement change, site will not affect the security and stability, as well as the stress value at the bottom of the slope is larger, and appeared in the shear stress of the slope foot increase area, pulling scraper after the formation of the slope in the top line and the slope bottom line all shear failure happened, there might be no security systems and other important conclusions, it also makes a prediction of slope stability.
