Study On The Strata Behavior Regularity Of The First Working Face In 11~# Coal Seam Of Pingshuo NO.2 Coal Mine

The 1103 mining face of the NO.2 coal mine in Pingshuo is the first working face of 11# coal seam, and 1103 mining face should mine under the coal pillar and gob of short distance 9# coal seam. The large height and fully mechanized mining technology under short distance gob is first used in Pingshuo mine area, and the strata behavior regularity summarized of the first working face is important to the mining of subsequent working face. At the same time, as the mining condition is special and the the strata behavior regularity is complex, it is necessary to obtain a lot of monitoring data. Manual analysis not only the workload is heavy, but also the precision and efficiency is low. So it is needed to develop the strata behavior regularity analysis software to realize automatic analysis of weighting parameters and support working parameters.To the 1103 mining face, this paper study the first weighting regularity with the method of field research, determination of coal rock physical mechanics parameter in lab, field mining pressure monitoring and theory analysis. According to field research, obtain the geological data and the roof and floor rock specimen, and test the physical mechanic indexes in lab with W4-130 universal testing machine, YES-200 digital single axis compression tester and YJ-5 resistance strain gauge by single axis compression strength experiment and splitting tensile experment. According to field mining pressure monitoring, obtain the support working resistance, roof-to-floor convergence and the condition of spalling and roof falling. Use VB language to explore data processing software, and calculate the weighting parameters such as the roof weighting step and roof weighting strength and so on and support operation parameters of the 1103 mining face based on the monitoring data. Finally summarize the weighting regularity according to analyzing the processing result.This paper successfully summarizes the strata behavior regularity of 1103 working face, and at the same time, evaluates and summarizes the running conditions of support. The result is important to the mine, and it not only provide the important basis, but also provide the reference to the subsequent support model selection. At the same time, the study to develop software to analyze the strata behavior regularity is less at home, and it can provide reference to the selection of analysis method.
