China is one of the major countries which produce much coal, and there are many dynamic phenomenons in coal mine too. Coal or rock dynamic disasters can restrict the safe and efficient production seriously, cause great psychological pressure to mine workers and make a huge impact on society. Rockburst is a complex dynamic phenomenon of coal rock.It is a kind of dynamic disaster,which can cause serious damage to the working face or roadway,move or damage equipments and supports, cause mass casualties.In recent years,the mining depth of Zhaozhuang mine was raised year by year. And the dynamic phenomenon such as coal artillery and nicking were happened in the mining of 3 coal seam.So the timely and accurate hazard evaluation of rockbusrt has important significance to guarantee the safety in the production of coal mine.This paper analyzed the characteristics of the geological,mining conditions and the dynamic phenomenon in the Zhaozhuang mine.And then confirmed the influence factors of the impact dynamic occurrence in the mining area of 3# coal seam. Through field sampling, the outburst proneness index of the roof and the coal seam in 3# coal seam was tested in the national standards laboratory. The wettability(moisture content, water absorbenc, contact angle) of 3# coal seam and the rock of roof, the effect of soaking on the compressive strength of coal sample was also studied. The change law of ground pressure and stress distribution of the working face during excavation was simulated by using FLAC-3D.At last, the rock burst hazard of the working face in 3 coal seam of Zhaozhuang mine was evaluated by the comprehensive index method according to all the studies.
