In order to improve the existing lack of Ni74A126-based compound material, added different content of ceramic WC powder and wolframite powder or amount of Cr with wolframite powder to Ni74A126 system, preparation particulates reinforced composite materials of Ni74A126-based by laser ignition induced SHS.The microstructure was analyzed by OM and XRD, characterize the mechanical properties of hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, etc. The effect of the content of WC powder and tungsten concentrate powder on the microstructure and mechanical properties of sintered alloy was preliminary studied by author.The experimental results show that:the main product phase of Ni74A126 system materials are ?-Ni?NiAl?Ni3Al and Al2O3, etc, the morphology is needle-like and cellular mixed; After WC powder doped, there are new phase WC, Ni4W other appears in composite materials, needle like grains transformed into small cellular crystal; Add wolframite powder after composite materials product of new Ni4W and WO3 phase, no significant change in morphology. After append WC powder and tungsten concentrate powder, sintered alloy density, hardness, wear resistance increase within a certain range. When the content of WC powder is 1%, the best comprehensive properties of the sintered alloy, the porosity is the lowest, which is 6.08%, the micro hardness is the biggest, which is 187.3HV, the wear resistance as low as 1.13mg/mm2; When the content of tungsten concentrate powder is 2%, the best comprehensive properties of the sintered alloy, the porosity is the lowest, which is 6.38%, the micro hardness is the biggest, which is 181.7HV, the wear resistance as low as 1.01mg/mm2; The corrosion resistance of the materials have no obvious increased after ceramic WC powder tungsten concentrate powder appended.The corrosion resistance of Ni74Al26 composite materials is improved when 5% chromium powder and different content of wolframite powder appended, when the percentage of the wolframite powder is 1%, the corrosion current density of the material is smallest, is 46.7?A/cm2,the material corrosion resistance is best, Overall mechanical properties is the best.
