Dust controlling is one of the difficult problem in coal mine safety production for a long time. Presently, with our country energy strategy going deeply, productivity of modernizing mine acquires a big improvement. However it also comes that dust problem become more and more serious. It is not only harm the health of workers in coal mine, causing dust pulmonary disease, but also bring about exploding when reaching the explosion lower limit. All the countries in the world have worked out strict dust thickness standards to assure worker's health and mine safety on this account.Tape transport is the main set of model mine's coal transporting. It is the main dust source, especially at the transshipment location. Because tape has its speed, and there is some drop height between tapes, so coals descent in paracurve, tiny dust will float in air and spread causing air pollution. According to the related department's field testing of coal mine dust pollution, dust thickness around transshipment location is up to 225mg/m~3, more than country standard. Therefore, it is the key problem about coal mine's unending development to study moving pattern of dust around transshipment location, take efficacious measure to control coal's appearance and reduce dust. It is pivotal for workers to keep fit. Resolving dust pollution around transshipment location is urgent problem of our country's coal mine modernization.In the research subject, on basis of academic analysis, Gambit has been used to build geometry model and divide model into calculation grids, and FLUENT for simulating dust subsiding rule in different tunnel wind speed. According the result of simulation, it is thought that dust settlement distance and dust grain diameter direct proportion concerns under existence of tunnel air (generally 0.8~4m/s). But grain diameter smaller than 10 urn dust is generally difficult to subside, moving with wind. But the air layer of humanbeing breathe mainly contains dust under 30um. Therefore, the focal point of dust removing should be in this range.In the light of resent most common used dust reducing pattern, thesis has studied atomizing principle, relative motion of droplet and dust, and deduced dust reducing efficiency around transshipment location according realistic conditions. Matlab has been used to simulate spray efficiency curve of different water pressure, giving rationale for practical industry application.In order to resolve physical problem of dust pollution around transshipment location. This article has designed two transshipment location spray dust moving systems used in different. Its power part, driving part, controlling part, execution parts are integrated into one. Mechanical spray dust moving system is convenient and practical. Inside, hydraulic driving is applied and friction force with tape is power resource. System can automatically distinguish the belt conveyer's loads and the condition carrying idler, and realize carrying coal and spraying linked. It has got fine effect in scene application. While inductive spray dust moving system, because of the use of chip microcomputer intelligent controlling, can not only be used singly-handedly but also be used as part of push conveyer integrated controlling. It is the future developing heading.
