Ionized water is the general terms of acidic ionized water and alkaline ionized water. Acidic ionized water has higher oxidation reduction potential and good sanitizing effect. And alkaline ionized water is weak alkaline, high permeability and high adsorption characteristics, which make it has fine cleaning effect. Ionized water creates raw water after action, which has no chemical residue and non-toxic side effects. These unique characteristics make the ionized water become a kind of new green sanitizing cleaner and have widely application in the life, sanitary and medical services, agriculture, etc. Therefore, the Tennant Company of American researches and develops a domestic portable cleaner and sanitizer ionator HOM based on the theory research and applied research of ionized water. In order to enhance the overall sanitizing performance of ionator HOM, the Tennant Company also introduces electroporation technology.This paper makes ionator HOM as the prototype, and studies it in-depth. This paper makes ionized water and electroporation technology as the theoretical basis, puts forward innovative that research and development of ionized water cleaning and sanitizing device based on single-chip microcomputer, which can be used as a replacement for the use of chemical decontaminating agent and sanitizer in daily life. At present, the research is the first in China.Firstly, this paper introduces ionized water and electroporation technology in detail, formulates the performance test’s plan, and sets up the test platform, to test and verify preliminary ionator HOM’s sanitizing performance and determine the value of the subject research.Secondly, this paper puts forward the topic research and development scheme of this subject, and gives the implemented principle block diagram of this scheme. This paper determines the whole structure of the device, and introduces the main components of the device.Thirdly, this paper gives hardware and software design of the control system. In the hardware system design, this paper adopts the modular design and with single chip microcomputer as control core, determines the main control panel and high pressure formation panel two big function modules. According to the system function requirements, this paper determines the hardware structure diagrams of this two function modules, and designs the hardware circuit in portion. In the software system design, according to the functions of the software requirements, this paper conducts independent software design for this two function modules respectively, and gives the program’s flow diagram. Finally, this paper uses the designed controlling system’s circuit boards to replace ionator HOM’s circuit boards, and to debugging and performance test. The debugging result shows that the circuit board that this subject designs can work nonnally and can control the electrical signals generated. At the same time, the performance test shows that the circuit board which this paper designs can effectively control the ionator HOM. And it can have certain sanitizing effect for bacterium and virus.
