To solve Shenning Group Baijigou mine coal pillar width and supporting leaving in question, through on-site survey and data collection for 2621 face conditions, proposed reasonable stay coal pillar and roadway design and program. Through establishing reasonable coal pillar model, simulated respectively using FLAC3D and coal pillar under the conditions of different coal pillar width within the plastic zone and the surrounding rock of roadway convergence. The simulation results compared with the theoretical calculation analysis, finally determine the bletilla groove width of coal pillar is 25 m at the most reasonable.After the actual supporting of roadway, the 2621 transport gateway first layer of roadway surrounding rock convergence and anchor rope (rod) stress monitoring, monitoring results and simulation to the following conclusion:The coal pillar strength constraints, make the coal pillar by one-way force into two-way force, greatly increase the strength of coal pillar, increasing the safety stability of the roadway; Monitoring value and simulation value relative error about 13% on average, can effective use of FLAC3D simulation range of plastic zone of coal pillar and the distortion of roadway; To express the united supporting of roadway roof and floor after closer to decrease by 50.3%, or so help closer to decrease 81.0%, roadway safety is greatly improved, more efficient use of anchor bolt and anchor cable are; through the experimental application of liaoning engineering technology university patent "cut from the dump metal stents improved method is put forward.This thesis research results not only coal pillars of Baijigou mine coal this research has certain practical value, but also to the other similar coal mines have reference value.
