With the expanding of coal mining scale, the deepening of mining depth year by year, coal seam gas content relatively increases gradually, the difficulty of gas control also increases further?In the process of coal mining, the thickness of coal seam is large, advanced speed is fast, the absolute gas emission is high in First Mining Face; At the same time, for the effects of working face mining disturbance, gas in the adjacent seams and goaf easily rush into the working face, easily resulting in gas accumulation and overrun to working face during mining and excavating, which bring the first mining face serious difficulties of gas control work. In order to guarantee coal mine safety, high yield and high efficiency,How to run the first mining face gas has become the problems needed to be solved.Paper aiming at the high inbrush of three panel first 15 coal seam First Mining Face gas, take gas emission in 153302 coal face as an example, with the application of theoretical analysis, field observation and numerical simulation method etc,studying on the 153302 working face of overlying strata movement law, the law of gas migration and gas control. On the basis of no viscous incompressible flow theory, by means of numerical simulation, in the laboratory test part of coal seam gas parameters. On the basis, complete three panel first 15 coal seam First Mining Face comprehensive control measures and solutions. After the preliminary extraction effect analysis in the working face, coal face and the upper corner gas concentration achieved the anticipated goal.This paper puts forward the ventilation and gas control technology of simplified ventilation system, the reasonable distribution of air volume, the set ing ofwind in time, the reasonable control of air pressure;On the basic of comprehensively considering main factor of influence three panel 15 coal seam gas occurrence and inbrust, according to the different characteristics of the working face gas emission, respectively make adjacent layer on the gas extraction, mining work ascending corner extraction through buried pipe the coal seam bedding drilling drainage in advance and other aspects of technical measures of other working face of three panel 15 coal seam the ancient academy mine.and put forward overall train of thought of gas comprehensive control of ancient academy mine three panel ofl5 coal seam.
