Deep gas problem is one of the hard subjects in the world on the mining,and there is a big difference between foreign and our country in gas control technology,but the idea has a reference to deal with problems.At present,China's coal which mining depth is up to the number of mine-1000 m level is also gradually increasing,needs more stringent requirements for gas control technology,and the deep mine gas problem of Tangshan mining also needs to be addressed.Y485 fully mechanized caving face is-793 below the level of Yue Xu face,facing the problem of large amount of gas emission at the same time.In order to ensure safe production by strengthening the management of gas disasters,the working face of ventilation resistance,coal seam gas pressure,gas content and other individual indicators have been measured,which has a preliminary understanding of the gas situation.And on the basis of the analysis,it is concluded that the goaf and the coal seam gas is the main gas source of Y485 working face.Using the method of dynamic prediction of gas emission,the forecast calculation of gas emission has been made,and the technical scheme of controlling gas has been worked out from two aspects of ventilation and gas drainage.By using the method of network calculation and the theoretical knowledge,the problem of the complex measurement of tunnel airflow is solved.And by adjusting the pressure of the ventilation system,the whole pressure of the Y485 mining a rea is greater than that of the adjacent goaf,mak ing the gas out.Using high gas drainage drilling and laying pipeline to eliminate the gas in goaf of working face,and the basic parameters of gas drilling filed and drilling are calculated in the pre pumping coal seam.Besides,the optimum drilling field spacing,effective length and effective utilization rate are optimized.It has solved the problem of large wind exhaust gas emission in the working face,ensured the normal production of mine.
