Today, seventy percent of energy resources are coal in China. Since the beginning of twenty-first Century, the international economic situation to promote development of China's economy rapidly, demand for energy is increasing, resulting in increasing the amount of coal mining, followed by coal mine safety issues continue to emerge. How to avoid mine disasters, prevent the disaster happen again,guarantee the successful progress of rescue work has become a hot issue in the research of the coal mine safety production.Through consulting a large number of domestic and foreign treatises, on the present situation of the development of domestic and international of the emergency rescue communications system in coal mine and problems in-depth analysis, The communication system of coal mine emergency rescue based on ZigBee technology is designed. It provides a guarantee for the safety of coal mine production environment, and be able to do the rescue in the accident victims in a timely manner to ensure the rescue work successfully. The system is divided into several parts of underground communication station, ZigBee coordinator node, the underground environment parameter acquisition module.The communication station of underground uses the STM32 microprocessor to achieve control of the whole station system, which include the analysis of the environmental parameters and the location information of the nearby operators. And under the embedded operating system, the data is transmitted to the control center through the Ethernet. The well monitoring center can give the corresponding emergency rescue plan according to the information of the underground feedback, so as to realize real-time monitoring, to ensure the safety of the underground environment.The ZigBee coordination design takes CC2530 as the main processing chip to management and configuration of network startup. Mainly to set up the new networkand configure the network parameters, sending web beacons in the data transfer process, receiving the information from each ZigBee node, storage networks transmitting information etc.The underground environment parameter acquisition module collects the environmental parameters in the neighborhood of each node, including the concentration of methane, the concentration of oxygen and the concentration of carbon monoxide by ZigBee node, and through the wireless network to send communication station. And the acquisition of the position parameters of the underground staff is to determine the location of personnel by the signal strength of the underground ZigBee node to receive the signal strength of the portable terminal equipment.The system completes the communication debugging Ethernet and PC in the development platform of MDK4.50, the system makes full use of the characteristics of low power consumption about CC2530, the simulation of the ZigBee communication module. The simulation results show that the research of emergency rescue communication system on ZigBee technology has basically reached the requirements.
