The technology of broach processing has the advantages of high accuracy,wide range,high production efficiency,which has been widely used in the field of aerospace instrument,marine equipment,automobile parts,etc.However,with a higher standard required by key components gradually increased,a large number of scholars begin to work on how to improve broach machining precision,stability and efficiency.Therefore,how to describe broaching load characteristics in details in broaching process,which has a very important theoretical and practical significance.Because it facilitate optimizing parameters of broach and broaching process by reducing vibration of broaching process and improving machining quality of parts.This paper present horizontal broaching machine modeling design of inner broaching load,based on traditional cutting theory,which put forward cutting and scraping coexistence principle during broaching process,and considering cutting and scraping effect that accompanied with each cutter.The major work and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)Analysis of horizontal broaching machine hardware system and software system.According to actual requirements during broaching process,broaching structures was detailedly analysed;at the same time,electrical ciruit and software program was designed and selected.(2)Analysis of data acquisition hardware system and software system.According to sampling performance index,hardware is designed and software program is written.(3)Computing model of broaching load was established.Based on traditional cutting load model,broaching load model of single tooth is established in this paper.At the same time according to the actual conditions of broaching,which present scraping force model and "cutting" and "scraping" ratio coefficient.At last,based on single tooth broaching load computing model,broaching computing model of dynamic load is established.(4)Simulation analysis of multi cutters broaching load computing model.Broaching load simulation of multi cutter was achieved by using MATLAB.(5)Experimental study of multi cutters broaching load computing model.Build broaching experimental research platform for collecting displacement,speed and pressure data in 200 Hz frequency.And study experiment and theoretical waveform by comparing.Disscussing circle effect of round hole,cutting and scraping effect of cutter and cyclic contact characteristics between cutter and workpiece effect to broaching load.
