| In recent years,with the constant enhancement of people's consciousness of environment,using horizontal directional drilling crossing obstacles on the ground is used more and more widely,in long distance transmission pipeline construction projects,large and medium-sized river crossing engineering are increasingly using horizontal directional drilled through.At present,the development of the pipeline in the southwest of China has been increasing,and the geological conditions of these places are more complex,and the common existence of Karst landform.The method of directional drilling in Karst landform area is risky.This topic is based on the construction of directional drilling project in the Liujiang River.Research on the construction method of directional drilling in Karst landform area.The paper puts forward the risk of directional drilling in Karst landform area,and puts forward the corresponding preventive measures and solutions for each risk.Promote the smooth construction of the site,make the project the project was completed within the prescribed period of time.After the completion of the project,it is concluded that a set of adaptable construction technology is provided.To provide experience for similar projects in the future.Its main contents are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the technical problems of horizontal directional drilling in various strata,introduces the calculation method of the horizontal directional drilling force,and compares it with the engineering examples.(2)The procedure of directional drilling is introduced in this paper.In the karst area of horizontal directional drilling construction,According to the pilot hole,reaming and pull back drilling assembly have been analyzed and studied,put forward reasonable scheme.(3)Analysis of the risk of directional drilling construction in Karst landform area,and the risk that is easy to appear in this area,such as not to return to the pulp,the card drill and so on,is put forward the detailed solution. |
