In view of serious corrosion problem of oil field injection water systems,this paper aiming to studying corrosion inhibitors of oil field injection water system.1-(2-aminoethyl)-2-lauryl imidazoline and 1-(2-aminoethyl)-2-oleic imidazoline were synthesized respectively with lauric acid and divinyl three amine,oleic acid and divinyl three amine as raw materials.Six kinds of imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt were synthesized by 1-(2-aminoethyl)-2-lauryl imidazoline and 1-(2-aminoethyl)-2-oleic imidazoline quaternary amination using benzyl chloride and chloroacetic acid,1,4-dibromobutane.By inspecting the effect of synthesis conditions on anti-corrosion performance of 1-(2-aminoethyl)-2-lauryl imidazoline and 1-(2-aminoethyl)-2-oleic imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt,the best synthesis conditions were obtained.The results show that the optimal technological conditions for synthesis of 1-(2-aminoethyl)-2-lauryl imidazoline and 1-(2-aminoethyl)-2-oleic imidazoline is fatty acids and divinyl three amine the molar ratio of 1:1.2,acylation temperature of 160? and acylation time of 3h.When quaternary ammonium transition temperature is 100?,quaternary ammonium time is 3h and molar ratio of 1-(2-aminoethyl)-2-lauryl imidazoline and 1-(2-aminoethyl)-2-oleic imidazoline is 1:1.2 and quaternary ammonium sterically is benzyl chloride,corrosion inhibitor with best anti-corrosion performance was synthesized.Corrosion inhibitors were obtained with 1-(2-aminoethyl)-1-benzyl-2-lauryl imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt(LAEBMQS),1-(2-aminoethyl)-1-benzyl-2-oleic imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt(OAEBMQS)as main agent and dispersant and additives mixing.Test results show that OAEBMQS as main agent of the corrosion inhibitor formulations of corrosion effect is better than that of LAEBMQS as main agent of the corrosion inhibitor formulations of corrosion effect.The influence of dosage of 1-(2-aminoethyl)-1-benzyl-2-oleic imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt,1227,OP-10 and sulfur corrosion additives urine on corrosion performance of compound corrosion inhibitor was experimented.Through orthogonal experiment,the oilfield water injection system corrosion inhibitor formula was gotten based on OAEBMQS as the main agent is 20% OAEBMQS + 10% 1227+3% OP-10+ 1.5% thiourea+ 65.5% water.The results show that with the increase of the corrosion inhibitor added amount,the corrosion inhibition efficiency increased before they become stable;the corrosion inhibition efficiency increased with the corrosive medium temperature and pH firstly increasing,then decreased.Electron microscope scans showed that with corrosion inhibitor added amount increasing,the specimen surface was more smooth,polished trace was clearly visible,indicating uniform density of protective film formed on the surfaces of the specimens.
