The injection water quality is an important basis for the efficient development of oil fields, oil field water flooding chemicals is the key to improve the injection water quality, to ensure high and stable yield, crude oil. In addition, different classes of chemicals because of different structures, the charge is different, inevitably react with each other, influence the quality of injection water, resulting in reduced processing efficiency of injection of chemicals, the rise in the cost of. Therefore, water quality and chemical compatibility is the key to determine the key problems to really play a role, the quality and compatibility studies of water injection of chemicals, will be conducive to the comprehensive guide for field use water chemicals, improve the efficiency of using chemicals, to ensure the realization of our province oil industry energy-saving emission reduction targets.Paper based on the extension of the oil field the main water injection station chemical usage, analysis and evaluation of single dose injection chemical properties, select performance better reagent type, has proven the compatibility of different categories of chemicals, and increase the effectiveness of water flooding chemical categories are put forward.The research results show that containing phosphonic imidazoline corrosion inhibitors(sexual), organic phosphonic polymer scale inhibitors or SW- 202 scale inhibitor, thiamethoxam fungicides SW- 906 for compatibility good combination, can be used in great quantities in the actual production; Containing phosphonic type imidazoline corrosion inhibitor(sexual) of a single dose of performance evaluation is good, but with the quaternary copolymer, barium strontium scale inhibitor and inorganic flocculant compatibility is bad, good compatibility with other kinds of chemicals, corrosion effect is better; Organic phosphonic ATMP, BH- 1 and polymer scale inhibitor of SW- 202 single dose of performance evaluation is good, the SW- 202 scale inhibitor and other kinds of chemicals good compatibility, scale inhibition rate is higher; Quaternary ammonia salts in the 1227 s and different kind of SW- 906 fungicide away between the seconds of a single dose of performance evaluation is good, the SW- 906 disinfectant has good compatibility with other kinds of chemicals, sterilization rate is higher; Flocculant SW- 01 and polyether demulsifiers SWT- 01 single-dose performance evaluation is good, and other kinds of chemicals good compatibility, wide suitability; New scale inhibitor of SW- 639 scale inhibition effect is good, good compatibility with other categories of chemicals, suitability is wide.According to the research, put forward the suitable for extension of the oil field water flooding chemical demulsifier SWT- 01 respectively, flocculant poly aluminum and SW- 01, anti-scaling corrosion inhibitors and fungicides SW SW- 639-906, in the river XiGou better used in the field application of station, the processing efficiency is raised, the effect of water quality standards.
