In the oil field,to compensate for the loss of the underground reservoir pressure after producing oil and to ensure the stable and high oil production,high pressure water is usually injected into underground through water injection system to obtain higher oil productivity.The underground oil reservoir is random and sudden,and the water injection system shows a high degree of nonlinearity,large hysteresis and time varying characteristics.Therefore,real-time monitoring of water system will directly affect the production efficiency,economic benefits,working life of key components of water injection system.It has very important significance for safety production of large displacement and high pressure reciprocating pumps to develop a reliable intelligent monitoring system.This work takes a water injection station of the large displacement and high pressure reciprocating pumps as the research object in Shengli Oilfield.The research contents are summarized as follows:(1)The mathematical model of constant pressure water injection system of the large displacement of high pressure reciprocating pumps was concluded.The working principle and VFD principle of the constant pressure water injection were studied.The mathematical models of the key components in water injection system were analyzed respectively,and the mathematical model of constant pressure water injection system was gained.(2)The constant pressure water injection control algorithm for large displacement and high pressure reciprocating pumps was designed.According to the nonlinear and strong coupling characteristics of the water injection process,a constant pressure water injection monitoring system was set up,and the constant pressure control law was obtained.Based on the input variables of the water injection pressure error and the change rate of the water injection,the FPGC control algorithm was designed.Finally,simulation analysis and constant pressure water injection control experiments were carried out,and the FPGC control algorithm can ensure that the control error of the outlet dry pressure was less than 0.1MPa.(3)The large displacement and high pressure reciprocating pumps intelligent monitoring system was developed.The key components of the water injection system multi measuring point monitoring scheme was studied.The distributed intelligent monitoring system was designed based on S7-200 PLC and Kingview.The requirements of unmanned touring and visual monitoring for the water injection system were realized.(4)The communication of the water injection system of the large displacement and high pressure reciprocating pumps were researched.The communication principle and technology of monitoring system were analyzed.Different communication mode between PLC and man-machine interface with the main control PLC were designed.In addition,the the sound and light alarm function and WEB transmission function were realized,and the abnormal alarm stop pump and monitoring interface network sharing were realized.
