Face to the downturn in the world's overall economic situation,as well as the depletion of world energy,countries pay more and more attention to energy conservation,better equipment to serve the people,became matters of grave concern of all refinery units,and a variety of new equipment,advanced technologies have also emerged.In the petrochemical industry,energy consumption as important indicators of enterprise management,In the daily operation of the enterprise,constantly on the equipment transformation,in order to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.Auxiliary combustion chamber in FCC regenerator is a very small but important devices,which plays the role of this operating flexibility,flue gas combustion efficiency is not high,how to improve the performance of the equipment,and improve the operational flexibility of the device,many refiners an issue of broad concern.Aiming at the catalytic cracking unit in Karamay petrochemical company of the existing problems in the auxiliary combustion chamber in the running(Such as flue gas combustion is not sufficient,furnace temperature fluctuation is bigger,enough operating flexibility,etc),We use software to detailed analysis of its structure form,it is concluded that the device at the bottom of the vortex and export segment on the dead zone,uneven distribution of pressure,the upper,lower export and mainstream channels are the presence of air circumfluence,caused by energy consumption increase greatly,On this basis,we also draws on the experience of other refinery in the actual operation of renovation of experience,made reference to a number of related design patent technology and domestic and international references.the auxiliary combustion chamber structure to improve the program: The installation of the secondary air can freely adjust the symmetry axis adjustable air baffle and the separator,to make the air more evenly matched,avoid the status of independent control of air distribution ratio to balance;secondly,the main air inlet tube shape was improved,it can effectively reduce the main air throat pressure drop,in addition to cancel the chamber cylinder combustion and combustion of auxiliary combustion chamber cylinder body between the swirl vanes and widening the secondary mixing air channel,ensure the flue gas after combustion blending effect,through the above measures of high temperature flue gas and air in the auxiliary combustion chamber combustion tends to be more stable,and by using FLUENT software to simulate the fluid in the auxiliary combustion chamber before and after the transformation,the numerical simulation results show that the modification effect is better.Through operation shows that after transformation,the auxiliary combustion chamber is better,air/gas mix,full combustion,which can effectively reduce heat loss,reduce production costs,has a very good economic and social benefits.
