In the production of chemical fertilizers,equipment corrosion and fouling asks is always the producer's problems,because the media itself has a very strong corrosion resistance,and process conditions(high pressure)to further strengthen the corrosive.In practice,we have encountered a lot of corrosion,through the improvement of conditions and design of the equipment is modified,solved some corrosion problems,equipment also scrapped the traumatic experience as a whole.According to actual production and maintenance process in the on occurred corrosion of equipment observation and research,combined General Theory research in the on corrosion and anti-corrosion of discusses and Tower petrochemical currently production actual,on several Taiwan is using and compared key of tube shell type and plate heat exchanger for anti-corrosion except scale and corrosion monitoring process programme of research and design,on Tower petrochemical big fertilizer device heat exchanger of corrosion,and scaling for classification,and summary and integrated evaluation,find its particularity and universal,for follow-up work of expand laying;Combined above research situation through site research and directly do test of means,on heat exchanger work media,and workers condition parameter,and corrosion scaling residual pieces and related anti-corrosion,and except scale material for necessary of physical,and mechanical or chemical test analysis;corrosion and scaling reasons and key factors of analysis;corrosion and scaling type of determine;has targeted of carried out for Tower petrochemical big fertilizer device--heat exchanger of corrosion monitoring and anti-corrosion,and except scale process of research;different protection measures of integrated benefits analysis and adaptability evaluation;Tarim petrochemical large chemical fertilizer plant-heat exchanger corrosion protection and scale prevention and removal of the conclusions and corresponding countermeasures.Heat exchanger scaling problem is troubled fertilizer production of another a big problem,due to heat exchanger tube drive and shell drive temperature larger,while due to Xinjiang area water hardness big and Yang sand weather more of natural conditions,increased has scaling of degree,it of directly against is reduced has heat exchanger of for efficiency,to makes heat exchanger up not to design of parameter,serious effect has process parameter,even caused plant parking,reduced has factory of economic.To this end,we conducted a chemical analysis of scale-like and considering the structure of cooling tower and the surrounding environment,proposed solutions,also played well in the actual production results.
