Graphene is composed of carbon atoms stacked and arranged in a SP2 hybrid method,it is a single-layer,honeycomb crystal,moreover,graphene and reduced graphene oxide?RGO?sheets have been considered as good electrode materials,because of their low cost,high specific surface area,and extraordinary electrical properties.In this paper,the reduced graphite oxide was prepared by liquid phase oxidation /CVD reduction method,the improved Hummers method was used to oxidize the graphite first,and then the stripped graphite oxide was obtained,which was further stripped and reduced using the CVD equipment.This is a new preparation method,the product has the advantages of low cost,large output,high quality,large production.The morphology and structure characteristics were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,atomic force microscopy,X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy.Reduced graphene oxide added into polyvinylidene fluoride?PVDF?films have been used as substrates for successive electrodeposition of MnO2 and carbon nanotube?CNT?layers,forming flexible CNTs-MnO2/ graphene-PVDF hybrid films that are suitable for use as supercapacitor electrodes.The hybrid films maintained the high conductivity of RGO nanosheets,high surface-to-volume ratio of CNTs,and large pseudo-capacitance of MnO2 nanosheets,and demonstrated their potential in all-solid-flexible supercapacitors by significantly improving the capacitive behavior of the supercapacitor when assembled into supercapacitor devices.Asymmetric supercapacitors comprised of the CNTs-MnO2/graphenePVDF hybrid film electrode,Pt sheet electrode,and a 6 M NaOH electrolyte exhibited a working voltage as high as 1.8 V and a high energy density of 49.1 W h kg-1 at a power density of 4.83 kW kg-1.Moreover,the supercapacitors exhibited a specific capacitance of 276.3 F g-1 at a discharge current density of 0.08 A g-1.Furthermore,the Coulombic efficiency of the supercapacitor stabilized at nearly 100% during the 3000 cycles.Graphene supercapacitor prepared has thin,light-weight,and flexible characteristics,high working voltage,high energy density,high Kulun efficiency and excellent chemical corrosion resistance.Sputtering growth a layer of zinc oxide thin film on the surface of copper foil,then screen printing a layer of redox graphene on the surface of zinc oxide,after the graphene surface inlaid with gold particles,the graphene / gold / copper / zinc oxide nano flexible power electrode was prepared,which has good piezoelectric properties,and charge generated in the process of testing can reach 900 pc.And the 420 pc charge can be produced by the dark and dark alternating transformation of the UV light.The electrode also has the advantages of simple preparation process,sensitive,environmental protection and so on.
