CSP?Compact Strip Production?process has various advantages compared with traditional process for the production of various steel.It's widely being used in the production of high added-value medium and high carbon steel.The research of CSP technology has certain practical significance to improving the quality of products and pursuing the economic effect.In this article,combine with the 30 CrMo steel produced by the CSP process of WISCO,the effect of heating temperature,holding time,heating atmosphere on the decarburization layer of 30 CrMo steel were studied.The results show that,when sample is heated at 1000-1150 ? under the experiment atmosphere?16.5%CO2,0.8%O2,13%H2O,69.7%N2?,the decarburization layer depth increases gradually with increasing the heating temperature before 1050 ?.The layer depth gradually decreases when the temperature is over 1050?.There is a maximum value of decarburization layer depth appearing at 1050 ?.The decarburization layer depth increases gradually with increasing the holding time.The content of O 2,CO2,H2 O in the atmosphere changes have different effects on the decarburization layer of 30 Cr Mo steel.Mixed atmosphere by 14.3%H2O+85.7%N2 can effectively reduce the decarburization layer thickness.The calculation model of decarburization layer depth for 30 CrMo steel was built based on Fick's second law combined with decarburization kinetics and thermodynamics.The relationship between oxidation and decarburization was studied And the oxide layer thickness was calculated by method of weight loss and the theoretical calculation model was corrected.
