The spring steel will undergo oxidative decarburization during the heating process.Decarburization will reduce the mechanical properties and mechanical properties of the steel,which will reduce the service life of the steel.In the production process,anti-decarburization coating can be used to reduce the occurrence of oxidative decarburization of billet.The method has the characteristics of simple operation,low price and wide application.Therefore,the main way to reduce the excessive oxidative decarburization of the billet during high temperature heating is to apply a temporary heat treatment protective coating on the steel surface.Taking 60Si2 Mn as the research object,Thermo-Calc thermodynamic simulation software was used to establish the thermodynamic and kinetic model of carbon diffusion and oxygen diffusion in spring steel.By setting initial conditions and boundary conditions,the diffusion temperature was determined to be 1300 ?,and the TCFE8 database was selected.Divide the model node to 60,defining the reaction time and phase.The carbon diffusion law and oxygen diffusion law and the influence of various alloying elements on the diffusion coefficient are obtained..The field test was carried out according to the simulation results,and the experimental results were analyzed and analyzed by metallographic microscope,XRD and other analytical techniques.A comparative experiment was carried out on whether or not the sample was coated,explore the protective effect of the coating on the steel slab.The results show that the oxidative decarburization of steel occurs at high temperature.When the holding time is long enough,the concentration of carbon will be homogenized by atomic diffusion.The more uniform the carbon diffusion will lead to the thicker decarburization layer.The Si and Mn element contents have an influence on the diffusion coefficient.However,the change of Mn content has little effect on the diffusion coefficient,and the change of Si content has a great influence on the diffusion coefficient.Figure 26;Table 4;Reference 55.
