Evaluating the quality of mine environment scientifically and reasonably is helpful for defining the scope and extent of the harm of various types of mining environmental issues.It also can efficiently guide the recovery governance of mining area environment.Liaoyuan city is a typical mining city in China.This article extracted and selected index information by environmental impact identify,according to the data of remote-sensing survey and monitor for the mining environment of Liaoyuan City.Then constructed environmental impact identification matrix and evaluation index system of mine environmental quality from nature environment,ecology environment and social economy environment.Then evaluated the mine environmental quality through the two-scales grid method taking ArcGIS as a service platform,and divided the environmental quality grade into “excellent”,“good”,“medium” and “poor”.Finally,given some targeted measure and proposal to the study area's restoration and governance work based on evaluation results.The study result shows that the regions whose mining environmental quality grade of Liaoyuan City are “poor” and “medium” are concentrated in mining area of coal and gold.Because these mines have large size,cause serious geological disasters and close to the densely populated areas.The government should strengthen environmental supervision in management,speed up the progress of reclamation in governance,explore new ideas of governance in direction.The study suggests that selecting evaluation indexes through environmental impact identify can comprehensively reflect the environmental conditions of the mining area.Based on the remote sensing image interpretation data,evaluating with two-scales grid method based on GIS can not only identify the environmental impact factors rapidly,improve the efficiency of the evaluation,but also reduce the workload of the evaluation results while ensuring the accuracy of the evaluation results.It's helpful to provide guidance for government to make different environmental governance program.
