Hydraulic fracturing is an effective measure which can reform the low-permeability reservoirs and enhanced oil production and recovery.Fracturing liquids can convert pressure,produce and extend split,suspend proppant during the hydraulic fracturing,its performance plays an important part in fracturing and the effectiveness of stimulation treatment.Expoitation of shale gas and tight gas request high technology.Guar gum fracturing fluid left many residues and hurt badly on reservoirs,it is unsuited for the fracturing of low-permeability reservoirs.Study and application of new fracturing fluid become more and more popular these years with the raising price of guar gum?Viscoelastic surfactant is also called clear fracturing fluid,it becomes wide application due to its simple formula,well viscoelastic behavior,none linking agent,gelout automatic when meeting oil and water,flowback easily,and low hurt to field.At present,viscoelastic surfactant fracturing fluids research and field application have made huge progress in domestic and International.But most of clear fracturing fluids are cationics,formation sand can absorb cationics easily because of its negative charge,accordingly damage the reservoir.This article started from practical problems,aimed at decrease fracturing damage,utilizing sodium J101 developed a fracturing fluid.The J101 is a anionic surfactants.It was synthesized by ourselves in the laboratory.The fracturing fluid is a new low-damage anion viscoelastic surfactant fluid.The formula of low-damage anion viscoelastic surfactant fracturing fluid was optimized.Evaluating its rheological property,temperature tolerance,shear resistance,viscoelastic behavior,suspended sand performance,gel breaking performance,core damage case.Anion viscoelastic surfactant is temperature limited to about 80?.It has good shear resistance,good suspended sand performance,easy to broke,gel breaking completely,small surface tension,easy to flowback,and low damage.While nanomaterials applied to the fracturing fluid to improve its performance.The influence of different type and amount of nanomaterials on its rheological property in different temperature was researched.The mechanism of nanoparticles and surfactant micelles were analyzed.
