At present,the crude product has penetrated into every aspects of life especially in the livehood,industry and transportion,which is called "flow blood".An important trend of processing crude oil towards intelligence and large dimension,which is a important guarantee and basic conditions in order to achieve safe,high-quality and sustainable production.With the increasingly large scale and more complex of production,shortages of raw materials,rising prices of energy,increasing competition among enterprises,the requirements of improving production efficiency,improving product quality,reducing production costs and strengthening environment protection become higher and higher,and thus people pay more attention to the oil production process simulation.The atmospheric distillation tower is the first step of the entire refinery production process.Consequently,to model and to simulate the atmospheric tower has extremely important practical meaning.This paper bases on analyzing the domestic and foreign research status and development trend,keeping pace with the result of the domestic and abroad atmospheric tower simulation studies,using the method of Inside-Out Method to study and calculate the process simulation of atmospheric tower,the main research work as follows:To begin with,The issue that the description of the middle layer atmospheric tower circulation and stream stripping in the current distillation column model is not integrity,the paper established a common atmospheric tower model which is suitable for extracting and refluxing under any circumstances.Based on the generic model to establish an atmospheric tower process simulation mathematical model which applied to mass balance equations,equilibrium equations,the mole fraction of additive type and heat balance equations(MESH)in any fluid;What's more,This paper selects the most widely used pseudo-component method to analyze crude oil and uses the Lee-Kesler equation parameters to calculate pseudo-component.More accurate SRK state equation is chosen to calculate vapor-liquid equilibrium constant,the method proposed by Lee-Kesler is chosen to calculate enthalpy model which has given good results in evaluating the petroleum fractions enthalpy.Finally,put the procedure of calculating all parameters into a physical property;Then,The design selects Inside-Out Method to calculate the atmospheric tower simulation,introduces of the stripping factors jS and user-defined variablesjRLS,jRVS at the same time,which will simplify the MESH equations into a matrix,and uses full pivoting method to solve sparse matrix.Inside-Out Method's inner layer calculation introduces stripping factors to accelerated convergence.The outer layer strictly uses vapor-liquid equilibrium model and enthalpy model to test convergence;Last but not least,Based on atmospheric procedure simulation mathematical model which is calculated by Inside-Out Method to set up independent variables and target variables,under the C ++ Builder XE6.0 development platform,using C ++ language to program atmospheric tower procedure simulation,and set a domestic refining atmospheric tower as an example,besides,comparing the results with HYSYS simulation results which shows the good effect,this result can provide a reliable evidence for simulating the atmospheric tower procedure planning and design,product yield control,management and all levels of application.
