In order to solve the problem of low production wells and shut down wells of Yanchang Oilfield,which are low production efficiency and low utilization of oil well in "three pumping equipment",and will carry out the stationary intelligent bailing oil machine.Using intelligent control system to control the bailing piston of the stationary intelligent bailing oil machine to bail oil Intermittently,and don't have to manually shut down.Achieve the purpose of saving human resources and energy consumption,and reduce the cost of production.The main research of this paper is from the following aspects:(1)The analysis of the field exploitation conditions of low production wells and shut down wells is carried out,and To improve the efficiency and reduce the energy consumption.Analyze the development and application status of the domestic and foreign bailing oil equipments,and summarize up problems of the current use of bailing oil machine.(2)Analyze the working conditions and functional requirements of the stationary intelligent bailing oil machine in the field.Determine the use of drum and automatic winding rope device distributed multi motor drive.And propose the overall design scheme of the stationary intelligent bailing oil machine.(3)The system structure design of the stationary intelligent bailing oil machine is carried out,Structure design of all components of the system,determining the dimensions of all components,establishing the three dimensional model of the bailing piston,carring out the stress analysis of the seals of the bailing piston and reel and brake band and derrick,and verifing the reliability of the structure design.(4)Load and dynamic liquid level detection technology is studied.The load calculation formula of the steel wire rope in the different sections of the upper and lower stroke of the bailing piston is derived.The well parameter of river 221 is an example and drawing load-displacement curve and inferring the position of the dynamic liquid level according to the change of the load.Automatic winding rope technology is studied.The structure of automatic winding rope device is described.How to realize the precise following and automatic commutation of the winding rope trolley.PLC intelligent control technology is studied.The control function requirement of control system is expounded.Control system hardware planning and Software design and specific implementation process of the control function of each part.(5)Indoor experiment of the stationary intelligent bailing oil machine was carried out.By simulating the actual well condition of the field,set up preliminary parameters of the control system of the stationary intelligent bailing oil machine.Carrying out short range simulation test.Detecting safe operation situation of switched reluctance motor and stepping motor the stationary intelligent bailing oil machine in the process of operation.Force sensor and photoelectric rotary encoder data detection is normal.Control panel display touch screen display is normal.In this paper,the stationary intelligent bailing oil machine for oil production is developed,which is suitable for low production wells and shut down wells.Aiming at improving the efficiency of oil production and reducing energy consumption and cost.
