LCA is regarded as one of the most important environmental management tools, which plays a very active role in the government and business decision-making, and promotes the sustainable development process. However, in terms of the enterprise level, life cycle assessment simply can't serve as a decisive basis for guiding business decisions. It is only as a supplementary reference. The main reason is the companies or factories are interest-oriented organizations. Seeking the maximize benefits of enterprise economy remains its ultimate goal, and the economic efficiency of enterprises is closely related to the sustainable development of enterprises. Therefore, the combination of life cycle assessment and other methods of economic analysis in order to build a comprehensive evaluation index system of environment and economic considerations is one of the key ways to solve this problem.Based on the life-cycle theory, life cycle assessment and life-cycle cost analysis is combined in this paper, aiming to build a single integrated methodology and comprehensive reflection of the environmental and economic performance of a product or process, in order to help guide corporate behavior, and to provide a scientific basis for businesses and government to make efficient decisions. Moreover, since for nowadays and in the future for a long time, international community attaches great importance to the energy sector. This paper takes energy indicators into comprehensive index system, to build an evaluation system from environment, cost, and energy aspects.Firstly, the research status of life cycle assessment and life-cycle cost analysis were analyzed and summarized. Theoretical and technical framework of LCA and LCC method is discussed in this paper, actor as the foundation for the subsequent Integration. A bibliometric analysis of LCA is conducted in this paper before integration method analysis, aiming to grasp the characteristics and developments in the field of LCA study. Subsequently, the paper discussed the necessity of the integration and differences between LCA and LCC. An integrated evaluation system covering environment, cost and energy three areas is built in this paper, using AHP and TOPSIS method(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution) and then based on this method three kinds of dangerous goods packaging are analyzed- drums, plastic buckets and plastic composite barrels, to pick up the optimal solution, and to provide guidance to the companies or factories.
