The roaster in precision casting industry is applied widely,and it is an important equipment membrane shell fired.At present,the roaster is still relatively backward in temperature control,low productivity and large energy consumption.When temperature is disturbed,the controlled result of classic PID is not satisfactory.Therefore,to improve their control,we need to use the advanced control mode to replace the traditional control methods.This is significant to improve production efficiency and save energy.For the current actual situation,based on the background of roaster project of foundry in Qingdao and according to the requirements of the roasting process,the paper elaborates the design process of roaster temperature control system in detail.The roaster control system uses PLC as the main controller.The temperature control algorithm uses ADRC control algorithm.In ADRC,the original tracking differentiator has been improved that we combined the hyperbolic tangent function and inverse hyperbolic sine function as acceleration functions of tracking differentiator.Through simulation MATLAB,simulation results show that the method is effective,in the same parameters,the tracking effect of this method is better than the single use both as the acceleration function of tracking differentiator.This article describes the ADRC parameter tuning method,the composition of the temperature control system,and design software and hardware of the system.There are many functions in this temperature control system,such as: real-time monitoring system,modifying the control parameters and generating reports.This system that use advanced ADRC control algorithms to control the temperature can effectively reduce the overshoot,precisely control temperature,save energy,improve production efficiency.The roaster control system put into use its actual operation results show that the system is stable and can effectively reduce the overshoot.System temperature control accuracy change range at ± 5 ?.In addition,system has a significant compensation for the disturbance caused by the open door.This design can satisfy the requirements of roasting process with a high degree of automation and convenient.
