With the shortage of global resources and the increase of environmental pollution,the development of new clean energy has become the main development direction of energy strategies in various countries.Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell,because of its high efficiency,environmental protection and security gradually become an important trend of the development of new energy in the future.In order to improve the power generation efficiency of the battery system and reduce the design cost,this paper designs a kind of 1.5 kW fuel cell control system,which is based on the STM32f103 high speed embedded MCU as the control core of system lower computer and human-computer interactive monitoring interface developed by C# software platform as the upper computer.Simultaneously,due to varied loads,the stability of output voltage plays an important role in the efficient operation of the whole fuel cell system in the control process.Under such circumstance,this paper,based on fuzzy control and auto-disturbance rejection control,puts forward a optimization scheme for voltage control of PEMFC.The main contents include:1.This paper introduces the source,research significance and main content of the research,and summarizes the power generation principle,control system structure and related technologies of PEMFC.2.A high-speed embedded single-chip microcomputer based on STM32F103 is designed as the control core of the lower computer of the system,and HCI monitoring interface developed based on C# software platform as the 1.5kw fuel cell control system of the upper computer,which effectively integrates the fuel cell power generation system.3.A dynamic model of PEMFC is established based on the current research of it.Simulink was used for simulation in the process to study the dynamic characteristics of fuel cells and verify the feasibility of the model.4.With the understanding of the characteristics of fuzzy control and ADRC algorithms,a fuzzy-ADRC controller is designed for the subject,which optimizes the output voltage control of PEMFC.In this paper,the fuzzy ADRC controller and the dynamic model of PEMFC are combined in Simulink and the experimental simulation is carried out to controlthe output voltage of PEMFC and to make a comparison with the classic controller.The results show that the simulation results of the PEMFC dynamic model are similar to those of the actual working conditions,which can reflect the dynamic characteristics of the battery,and that the fuzzy-ADRC controller can quickly respond to the output voltage of the battery under the condition of load mutation.The control effect is better compared with the classic controller,and the control performance of PEMFC is optimized.
