The system of blast furnace compressor is a key link of energy consumption in the process of blast furnace iron-making,and is also a dynamic hub in the whole production process.According to the requirements that the state put forward energy-intensive enterprises to save energy and reduce emissions,this paper use the theory of control method to optimize the blast furnace compressor system control strategy and improve the efficiency of air compressor to save energy.Currently,the system of blast furnace compressor exists the problem of performance curve skewing with the entrance environment changing,and anti-matching between the compressor performance curve and pipeline characteristic curve.Therefore,the control strategy of the compressor system efficiency optimization and the research is of great significance.Firstly,this paper analyzed the research status at home and abroad in this field.At present the compensation method of the compressor inlet environment is too rough,and the traditional PID control method can't suit the requirements of energy conservation.This paper derived the correction coefficient of the compressor pressure and flow by compressor similar law and analyzing of the compressor performance curve changing with the entrance environment changing firstly.Then we got the compressor temperature compensating model and compensated speed according to the principle of thermodynamics.Then we put forward the compressor inlet environment classification temperature compensation scheme.Secondly,on the basis of the MG model,this paper deduced the double input two output nonlinear dynamic model suiting for compressor controller designing by analyzing the working mechanism of the compressor system.After treating the nonlinear model of the compressor,this paper designed the control law of the compressor system using the nonlinear state feedback exact linearization,and proposed the compressor system efficiency optimization control scheme.Based on the above analysis and design results,this paper simulated and proofed the compressor inlet environment compensation method and nonlinear state feedback tracking control scheme using Matlab/simulink simulation platform.The simulation results show that the entrance environment compensation method can effectively compensate the compressor working condition offsets caused by environmental factors change.Through changing the compressor working condition,we proved the stability and following performance of nonlinear state feedback tracking control scheme.The compressor can be maximum tracking blast furnace load demand,achieve the goal of energy conservation and efficiency optimization.
