Objective:The study analysised the main types and contents of persistent organic pollutants in the electronic waste disposal area, then with a exposed group detected the micronucleus, trace elements, malondialdehyde(MDA),lymphocyte subsets and RNA expression patterns. We evaluated overall health level from several aspects, and discussed the main mechanism the pollutants affect the human health.Methods:30 residents living in less than 5 km radius of the e-waste area as the exposed group and 28 residents living in 20 km to 50 km radius far from the e-waste area with never contacting the pollutions as the unexposed group, have the same test condition. We detected the nuclear test, trace elements(copper, iron, magnesium, zinc, calcium, lead, selenium),MDA,lymphocyte subsets,RNA expression patterns and persistent organic pollutants using the peripheral blood, and compared with control. And then we statistical analysised:t test(copper, iron, zinc, calcium, lead, selenium,MDA,lymphocyte subsets),the chi-square test(micronucleus rate)and Mann-Whitney U inspection(magnesium, persistent organic pollutants).Results:(1)In addition to BDE209,in the exposed group B4-6DE and B7-9DE were significantly higher(P<0.05);?16PCBs,BB153 are significant difference,4.2 times and 6.5 times of the unexposed group(P=0.000).(2)The micronucleus rate of the exposed group was 18.27 ‰,and of the unexposed was 7.32 ‰,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(3)The copper, calcium, zinc, lead, the content of MDA and the magnesium[M(Q25-Q75)]of the exposed group sepectively were 17.34±3.96?g/L,1.71 ± 0.12?g/L,100.66±17.39?g/L,90.39±39.98?g/L,1.29±0.25nmol/ml,1.15(0.65-1.76)?g/L,there were the significant differences compared with the unexposed group(P<0.05).The difference of iron and selenium was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The relevant analysis of MDA and all sorts of elements found that MDA was positively associated with lead and negatively associated with calcium,zinc.(4)CD4+/CD8+,CD4+CD25nt/hiCD127lo regulatory T cells,CD95 molecular in the exposed group are higher than those in the unexposed group(P<0.05),CD4+T cells and CD8+T cells compared with the unexposed group, had not significant difference.(5)There are many changes in the several gene expression of the exposed group, involving metal ions combination and transportation, oxidation reduction enzyme activity, immune defense regulation, cell apoptosis, the tumorigenesis and tumor development and so on.Conclusion:The incorrect electronic waste dispose lead to the accumulation of persistent organic pollutants in the body living in the area, and affect the human health from the genetic material, ion level, immune function and other respects. The result reflects the people are unhealth or in the sub-health state. In the area, the person must take corresponding measures to improve electronic waste treatment ways, and effectively control the pollution.
