Currently, the field of poultry processing are rely on a large number of domestic labour force in china, such as in the process of chicken wings quality inspection and weight classification, mechanical intelligent level is still relatively low. The study is to design a quality detection method for chicken wings which is based on matlab and an intelligent grading device and transportation in chicken wings weight.The main contents are as following:(1) The image processing technology and neural network were studied according to the method. It provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent automation quality detection of chicken wings. We deal chicken wings with the gray processing and the enhancement processing, etc. We respectively extract the color features from the RGB color model, HSI color model and the Lab color model, we extract the features of area percentage of congestion to finish chicken wings quality inspection. And finish the simulation on computer.(2) Detect the weight of chicken wings by weighing sensor, and receive the chicken wing's position information by photoelectric sensor. Microprogrammed Control Unit is in charge of dynamically receiving, analysising and processing the above weight and position etal information, And controlling the downstream corresponding steering gear rotation, Steering gear will rotate the mechanical arm and sweep the chicken wing to the temporary storage box. Accuratly implementate chicken wing's classification in the corresponding weight level. The core of the study is 51 single chip microcomputer which has high reliability. We choose average filtering algorithm and recursive filtering algorithm as the application algorithm; High precision cantilever type weighing sensor can be accurate to1g; We Choose 24 bits high precision AD conversionchip to handling these data.Test result show that: This control system possesses that the structure is simple, operation easy and work reliable. Weight classification accuracy rate can reach more than 98%. The classification rate can be up to 3600 per hour.(3) Automatic transport unit is mainly responsible for complete weight grade food transportation. When the temporary storage box food are more than 10 kilograms, under the weight of the food, chicken wings can overcome the pressure of the magnet at the bottom of the suction and make the bottom opened. Food from the temporary storage box drops to food transportation trunk. The weight of the food will overcome the magnet at the bottom of the other side of the seesaw suction and make the seesaw downward sloping. Food transportation box containing food in the seesaw, sliding into lower food bevelled drum on the seesaw. Then drop transition to downstream food conveyor belt, complete intelligent transportation. Complete 3 d design to intelligent transportation system.
