As one of the most potential resource of natural antioxidant, Chinese herbal medicine has been widely explored by the researchers at home and abroad. Getting the oxidation and scavenging free radicals from Chinese herbal medicine material has very important significance in food field and the development of pharmaceutical industry and other aspects.In this paper, we studyed on the antioxidant activity of the drugs, separation and purification of active ingredients. Finally we found a group had a good synergistic effect and antioxidants to clarify synergistic mechanism of compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine had important theoretical value. In the development of functional foods associated with oxidative stress and to obtain new composite antioxidants, had important application prospect. The main results were as follows:1?We studyed on the ultrasonic extraction technology of HuangQi and BaiZhu, and the clearance of DPPH free radical as indicator was taken for antioxidant. Different extraction temperature, time and ultrasonic power were compared on the effect of the antioxygenic anticity of extraction. We got the influence sequence and the relative better extraction conditions. Through the different compatibility mode we can see the herb pair mixed after extraction of single medicine is significantly better than mixed before extraction. The herb pair has synergy effect on antioxidant.2?Through different polarity organic solvent extraction, the compatibility experiment and silica gel column chromatography, together with antioxidant index determination, and antioxidant active ingredients of astragalus atractylodes, isolation and purification of ethyl acetate extracted astragalus root section pillar section 5 (AME-EA-5) and extracted by ethyl acetate extraction section of the second pillar of the fourth part (RAM-EA-4) compound with the sample of the A5 & R4 showed relatively optimum synergistic antioxidant effect, was the best effective antioxidant capacity efficiency after compatibility into groups.3?The group of antioxidant components was added in oil as natural complex of antioxidants and showed synergistic antioxidant effect. The group of antioxidant components exhibited a better antioxidant than BHT in the same dose.4?The group of antioxidant components was identified by HPLC-DPPH technique. Atractylenolide ?, Atractylenolide VI and Daucosterol was from RAM. Formononetin and Ononin was from AME.
