Establishment and optimization of liquid chromatography- atomic absorption spectrometry rapid method for determination of mercury speciation in seafood, under the optimized conditions, the three forms of mercury in range of the standard curve for 2-10 g / L, inorganic mercury and methylmercury and ethylmercury detection limit(s / N = 3) respectively: 0.073 g / L, 0.131 g / L, 0.135 g / L; by adding recovery, precision and recovery rate experiment, sample test, room detection method than for the equivalent of a variety of inspection methods for quality control, the average recovery rate is 95.8%, 97.5%, 94.1%, the relative standard deviation was less than 10%, with good precision and accuracy.Simultaneous acquisition and determination of Zhoushan sea area near 408 different kinds of seafood samples, from the test data results in Zhoushan seafood mercury pollution, seafood of Zhoushan City, mainly for the detection of mercury speciation as methylmercury, ethylmercury were not detected. The mean value of the content of methyl mercury was 0.0010~0.1666mg/kg, and the median value was 0.0010~0.1598mg/kg. The relatively low content of polluted water is lower than the national standard. The different feeding fish methylmercury levels followed by meat fish > omnivorous fish > plant feeding fish, demersal fish > pelagic fishes > pelagic fish. Different aspects of food chain and living environment, eating habits, the different growth conditions are easy to explain the direct content of methyl mercury in seafood. The content of methyl mercury in seawater was lower than that in marine fish. Marine fish and marine fish and marine shellfish, less accumulation of methyl mercury, a number of aquaculture based shellfish, snails basically no detection of methyl mercury. The content of methyl mercury was lower in the detected samples.Full text consists of three parts, The first part is introduction, mainly introduces the research background and purpose of thesis topic, the research both at home and abroad, research methods, innovation and technical route, The second part for the establishment of the methyl mercury analysis method, including instruments and reagents, sample collection and preparation, test conditions and the results and discussion, Third part for methyl mercury in seafood data analysis, including the methylmercury levels in seafood, factors influencing the methylmercury levels in Marine fish analysis, affect the water crustaceans and methyl mercury content in seawater software class level factor analysis and the evaluation of the seafood methylmercury levels.
