In the development of modern analysis science and technology, how to achieve fast and efficient separation of low levels of component in complex samples is one of the major scientific analysis issues need to be resolved. The magnetic polymer is a new material, which used as an adsorbent for sample preparation in recent years has been caused widespread concern. In this paper,Fe3O4 surface polymeric magnetic particles and magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer materials were synthesized and characterized by TEM?IR?VSM?TGA and XRD.The magnetic polymer particles used as magnetic solid phase extraction sorbents and applied to the pre-treatment of environment samples to separate and enrich the residues of aromatics and pesticides in soil and water samples, and used high performance liquid chromatography to analysis analyte.By optimizing extraction conditions, develop a fast, high sensitivity and high selectivity of quantitative analysis methods to detect pesticide residues and aromatics in soil and water samples.?1?The Fe3O4 surface polymeric magnetic particles with good absorption properties were synthesized by dispersion polymerization method.First, the iron oxide was coated by silicon dioxide, and then coated by 3-?methacryloxypropyl?trimethoxysilane.The TEM?IR?VSM?TGA and XRD were used to characterize the Fe3O4 surface polymeric magnetic particles. The magnetic particles were used as magnetic solid phase extraction sorbents for extracted and enriched aromatic substances, finally analysised with high performance liquid chromatography.Under the optimal extraction conditions, establish a method of the separation and analysis of aromatic substances in soil samples.?2?The adsorption kinetics of fluorene and fluoranthene at 30 ?,and the adsorption thermodynamics behavior of fluorene and fluoranthene at 30 ??40 ??50 ? and 60 ? were investigated by Fe3O4 surface polymeric magnetic particles. The experiments results were fit with adsorption isotherms and adsorption model, showing the superiority adsorption properties of two aromatic hydrocarbon substances by Fe3O4 surface polymeric magnetic particles.?3?The magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres which used 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid as template were prepared by surface molecular imprinting method and characterized. The polymer microspheres were used as magnetic solid phase extraction sorbents to extract and enrich 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid in environmentalwater samples. The results showed that in the range of 1?300 ng mL-1,the correlation coefficient of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid in environmental water samples is R2 = 0.9959,intraday day precision are in line with the quantitative analysis requirements, which can use to determinate 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid in water samples.
