With the development and progress of economy, people have pay more and more attention to the quality of life, led to widespread use of interior trim materials. Since the interior finish material will provide fuel for the fire indoors, so internal decoration materials treated with flame retardant coating which reduces the combustion performance, can play a role in the prevention of indoor fire. Most of the raw material is pine interior materials, and therefore can be used as an experimental base fire retardant coating, then combined with non-halogenated flame-retardant coatings and environmental requirements. Thus the choice of using in wood are tris (2-chloroethyl) phosphate (TCEP) of phosphorus-based flame retardant coating and guanidine carbonate of nitrogen-based flame retardant coatings. The TCEP and calcium carbonate were formulated in different concentrations of fire retardant paint, deal the pine wood pieces with fire-retardant treatment. And then treated the pine of flame retardant with thermo gravimetric analysis. Through the analysis of experimental data the pros and cons of their fire retardant effect. After several experiments, with the 60% concentration of TCEP flame retardant coating made the pine to achieve the best performance. And, through the processing of pine reaches the maximum heat release rate in the process of thermal decomposition temperature raised about 90?, the final residual quantity increased from 20% to 63%;Leaving the concentration pine sheet retardant properties to achieve the best effect of flame retardant coatings guanidine carbonate was 70%, through the processing of pine reaches the maximum heat release rate in the process of thermal decomposition of around 85? temperature increased, the final residual quantity increased from 20% to 58%.The synergy of flame retardant coatings research is the important direction of flame retardant coating use, While the phosphorus and nitrogen flame retardant coatings in theory and has a good synergistic effect, Therefore TCEP with different concentrations of calcium carbonate ratio, were prepared at a concentration of 70% and 60% of mixed retardant paint, in order to treating the pine sheet with fire-retardant, and then treated the pine with Thermo gravimetric analysis, the results showed that when the concentration was 70%, the best ratio of 1:3 TCEP and guanidine carbonate. Pine treated by its final residual amount is 66%, the temperature at which the maximum heat release rate increased around 379?; while the concentration was 60%, the best ratio of 1:3 TCEP and guanidine carbonate. Pine treated by its final residual amount is 65%, the temperature at which the maximum heat release rate increased around 375?;Then test the two treated pine of oxygen index, it is found that the concentration of 70% and TCEP and 1:3 in guanidine carbonate of pine oxygen index is higher, The best way to of pine sheet retardant effect is of using the concentration of 70% fire-retardant paint which the TCEP and guanidine carbonate ratio is 1: 3.
