Low pressure continuous feeding and abrasive jet mixing have become the development trend of abrasive jet technology.However, the existing abrasive jet system has same drawbacks,such as the high-pressure are easily damaged seals, can not continue to work and need to stop the pump installed sand. MHD propulsion has the advantages of no internal relative motion components and no moving parts which often appear seal and wear, etc. Therefore, group according to the defects of existing abrasive jet technology and combining with the advantages of MHD propulsion,Put forward a new technology of the conductive medium forms jet under the force of the electromagnetic drive without using high-pressure pump (or supercharger).At present, the influence of related parameters on the effect of jet has not yet been carried out,which requires further study and exploration and leads to this topic, this paper further study and design of Supercharging device of electromagnetic abrasive slurry jet, the following work has been done:Through theoretical analysis and research on water jet force theory and combining with the characteristics of the water jet fluid motion.From two aspects:macro and micro analysis in detail the basic principle of the magnetic abrasive slurry jet technology,Determine the feasibility ofthe conductive medium forms jet under the force of the electromagnetic drive.Analyze and deduce the relationship between conducting medium speed, the density of the fluid solution, the conductivity, the voltage across the electrode plates, etc.Provide a basis for further experiment and quantitative effect.The design of Supercharging device in this paper mainly includes the design of key parts of the whole device and measurement adjustment system,the key components of the whole device includes a temporary storage box, magnet, runner, auxiliary frame and design of electrode plate and other parts,focus on designing the component of temporary storage box, and determining the selection for the magnet and the electrode plate. Measuring adjusting system mainly includes two parts of contents:electrical parameter measuring device and control device.In this paper, different parameters was studied for the Supercharging device of electromagnetic abrasive slurry jet.Obtained through experiments:Saturated NaCl solution (concentration 26%) as conductive medium,under the condition that the magnetic flux density is 0.7T, the power supply voltage is 72V, the plate spacing is 0.02m,the conductive medium can form a 28mm liquid column in the output tube, which is about 330Pa.Preliminary parameters determine the effect of the conductive medium forms jet under the force of the electromagnetic drive.Provide the basis for further in-depth study.
