Because of the irresistible natural factors, metals and their products are proned to corrosion under the natural conditions. It has taken many measures to slow down the corrosion of metals and their products and extend its life. The most common method is to paint protection and anticorrosive pigments play a protective role in coating. Such as red lead, one of the conventional anti-corrosion pigments, shows good corrosion resistance, but toxic and hazardous. As an ecological anticorrosive pigments, aluminum dihydrogen tripolyphosphate can meet the requirements of the anti-corrosion coating properties after been changed and has important value.Changes in dihydrogen functional groups, structure, thermal properties, morphology, pH and corrosion effects of anticorrosive pigments of aluminum dihydrogen tripolyphosphate(AlTP) and ZnO/SiO2-modified aluminum dihydrogen tripolyphosphate caused by gamma ray irradiation(60Co, 0, 20, 50, 100 and 150kGy) were studied using FTIR, XRD, TG/DTG, SEM, acid-base titration and EIS technologies. Compared with non-irradiation sample, although the FTIR spectra showed that the effect of the irradiation on functional groups in the AlTP samples was not obvious, but the transmittance curve of the irradiation in the modified AlTP samples was changed in the fingerprint region; The XRD spectra showed that the diffraction peaks of the irradiated AlTP samples were overall shifted to small angular direction; but the diffraction peaks of the irradiated modified AlTP samples were overall shifted to large angular direction; in which the magnitude of the offset was gradually decreases in accordance with the absorbed dose from 20 kGy to150kGy; The TG/DTG spectra showed that the quality of retention of irradiated AlTP samples was substantially the same with the non-irradiated sample; but the quality of retention of irradiated modified AlTP samples was higher than the non-irradiated modified sample, and successively increases in accordance with the absorbed dose 20 kGy, 50 kGy, 100 kGy, 150kGy; The morphology of samples did not change significantly from the SEM spectra; The titration experiments showed that the saturated solution of AlTP samples was acidic after irradiation treatment, but the saturated solution of the irradiated modified AlTP samples was alkaline, and the pH value is gradually increased with the increase of the absorbed dose; The EIS spectra showed that the resistance values of tinplate in extracting solution of 3.5% NaCl with AlTP of the different radiation absorbed dose were lower than the blank control; but the impedance values of tinplate in extracting solution of 3.5% NaCl with modified AlTP of the different radiation absorbed dose were much higher than the blank control.Changes in dihydrogen functional groups, structure, thermal properties and corrosion effects of anticorrosive pigments of zinc phosphate(ZP) caused by gamma ray irradiation(60Co, 0, 20, 50, 100 and 150kGy) were studied using FTIR, XRD, TG/DTG and EIS technologies. Although the FTIR spectra showed that the effect of the irradiation on functional groups in the ZP samples was not obvious, the diffraction peaks of ZP samples overall shifting to small angular direction was observed in the XRD spectra compared to the non-irradiated sample. The magnitude of the offset was gradually decreases in accordance with the increase absorbed dose from 20 kGy to150kGy; The TG/DTG spectra showed that the quality of retention of irradiated ZP samples was higher than the non-irradiated sample, and successively increases in accordance with the absorbed dose from 20 kGy to 150kGy; The EIS spectra showed that the resistance values of tinplate in extracting solution of 3.5% NaCl with ZP samples of the different radiation absorbed dose were not nearly, but higher than the blank control. The effect of different factors of waterborne epoxy resin emulsion in this paper was studied. The results showed that for the OP-10/Tw80/SDS complex system, using the mechanical agitation plus ultrasonic method, when the HLB value of compound emulsifier was about 17, the emulsifying temperature at around 70?, the proportion of compound emulsifier and add water of epoxy resin were 14% to 16% and 50%, the ultrasonic power was 900 W and the ultrasonic time was 60 min, the stability of the waterborne epoxy emulsion was the best, it can be stored 90 d at room temperature(5? above) and not hierarchical. The effect of different factors of aqueous epoxy anti-corrosion coating performance was discussed. When the emulsion was about 40%(mass fraction), the equivalence ratio of epoxy/amine hydrogen was 1.1, the curing temperature was 80?, while PVC was 30%, the combination property of coating was the best.
