In traditional biological nutrient removal process,the principal contradiction between phosphorus and nitrogen removal reflected in the competition use of COD.Denitrifying phosphorus removal process simultaneous denitrification and phosphorus removal.The carbon source was uesd for two purposes.Nutrient removal of municipal wastewater under the conditions of low carbon source was achieved effectively.This test use SBR reactor.In order to enrich the denitrifying phophate accumulating bacteria,we use three step : anaerobic-aerobic,anaerobic-precipitation drainage-hypoxia,anaerobic-hypoxia.conditions under stable operation.Finally,The system in an anaerobic-stable operation under hypoxic alternately operating conditions.This study research on the SRT,influent COD concentration and dosage anoxic nitrate on denitrifying phosphorus removal system.This paper probed into the transformation law of PHB,Gly,Poly-P of microbial cell in denitrifying phosphorus removal process by infrared spectra.Using spectral data normalization preprocessing and spectral data pretreatment of the first derivative,second derivative spectral data preprocessing spectral data preprocessing wavelet denoising four ways to deal with spectral data.And the results of the four pretreatment methods were compared.A model(PLS model)between the absorbance and PHB,Gly,Poly-P content was established using partial least squares.Using the model to predict the results of PHB,Poly-P,and to reduce the amount of denitrification and phosphorus removal system and anoxic PO43--P removal of PHB,Poly-P and the amount of change over the entire period PO43--P correlation between the amount of change do the research.The main conclusions of this test are:1.The sludge age was maintained at 12~15d,influent COD concentration was maintained at 200~250 mg/L,anoxic start adding nitrate concentration was maintained at 45 mg / L.At this point the best phosphorus removal reactor.2.In the denitrification and phosphorus removal activated sludge systems of the infrared spectrum,PHB spectral characteristics embodied peak wave number was located at 1730 cm-1,Gly spectral characteristics embodied peak wave number was located at 1020 cm-1,Poly-P spectrum characteristic embodied peak wave number waslocated at 1261 cm-1.3.The treatment effect of spectral data normalization and preprocessing algorithm binding wavelet is the best.PHB,Gly,Poly-P content of the predictive value and its correlation coefficient between the measured values were 0.9241,0.9220,0.8949,root mean square error of prediction were 1.1289,0.7289,0.0389.4.In anoxic stage,PO43--P removal and reduce the amount of PHB correlation coefficient was 0.9790,Poly-P and the amount of change over the entire period PO43--P variation of the correlation coefficient was 0.9581.Study have shown that the use of PLS models to quickly and accurately characterize changes in denitrification and phosphorus removal system within the microbial cells of the polymer,and further predict PO43--P removal.Infrared spectroscopy and chemometrics methods can be used for research on denitrifying phosphorus removal system.
