With time flying,the human need more resources,causing a great deal of pressure on the environment,environmental pollution and energy tension,how to deal with pollutants is also the focus of concern.Solar energy is green,renewable,have abundant energy,and clean,cheap,no pollution to the environment,is fundamental for achieving sustainable development.Therefore,how to efficiently transfer,utilization and storage of solar energy is an important subject of 21 st century science.Ti O2 as an efficient photocatalytic material,research matures,its good stability,photocatalytic ability,suitable for a wide range of applications.This article was prepared by liquid phase deposition under low temperature conditions nano-TiO2 thin film,it does not require high-temperature treatment,which is highly crystallized.Depositing a thin film on a substrate material requirements are small,it can be applied to a variety of materials.And TiO2 thin film can be recycled repeatedly used,not cause secondary pollution.{001} plane preferred orientation anatase TiO2 thin film with high photocatalytic activity.This paper mainly on the preparation of TiO2 thin films were studied in detail:TiO2 thin films deposited on the LPD four main parameters: deposition temperature,deposition concentration,deposition time,deposition pH value,made a detailed study.Integrated and balanced influence of various factors on TiO2 thin films deposited at a bath temperature of 70 ?,the concentration ratio of fluorine was deposited titanium and ammonium borate is 1: 3,the concentration of fluorine titanium ammonium solution was 0.03 M,pH solution pH was adjusted to 2.0 with hydrochloric acid solution,water bath deposition 3 hours,TiO2 thin films prepared clear orientation,good crystallinity of the film densification.The alignment films were studied and found that fluoride ion Films occur {001} plane orientation.The capillary force and the film the film cracks,surface tension needs to be controlled on the grain size of the film and liquid.In LPD deposited TiO2 thin film,preparation and consumption of negative selection agent film substrates have an impact on deposition.This article also deposited on the surface of the polymer film was explored.First plexiglass films were successfully prepared various elements doped TiO2 film,and the film appeared blue shift of the absorption edge.Subsequently,in a plastic sheet,medical gauze,chemical fiber surfaces prepared by deposition of TiO2 films.And to study photocatalytic activity of TiO2 thin films.When using as a base of medical gauze,TiO2 thin film photocatalytic degradation of Rhodamine B 2-hour solution 10 mg / L,using xenon light source efficiency of 97%,with excellent photocatalytic efficiency.
