As a special crane material handling equipment in modern manufacturing industry,it is used in various fields,with the increase of industrial production scale,bridge cranes from the rapid growth in demand for the weight of a series of security incidents follow.In this paper,some domestic mills casting crane as the research object,the plant in order to meet the production needs of the cranes were upgraded,from the weight of the main car upgrade from 160 t to 180 t.After upgrading after casting crane put into operation from the overall situation is more favorable,but often the main trolley track bolt connection weld fracture phenomenon.Damaged track fixtures seriously affect the stability and security of the whole transportation process,so the need for bolting weld cracking phenomenon of a series of research and analysis,provide a theoretical basis for the maintenance and optimization of the late track fixtures.In this paper,the upgrading of the plant after the 180 t ladle crane as the research object,from the perspective of an equivalent dynamics simulation study on rail clips bolt,bolt acting on the connecting seam extraction of dynamic loads,and use it as a force on the bolt welds fatigue life calculation.The main work of this task is completed as follows:(1)A rail clips bolt model equivalent method for the kinetic track fixtures casting crane in the simulation of feasibility;(2)In Hypermesh,the bridge girder and trolley body flexible processing,import ADAMS for the rigid coupling simulation;(3)In ADAMS,used in conjunction with the sensor through the script,on the one hand control of the force transfer orbit,on the other hand simulation of track bolt plate weld fracture;(4)The method of using the mathematical model of the lifting mechanism and trolley traveling mechanism simulation results were analyzed;(5)Transition transfer orbit on dynamic load of the numerical analysis and mechanics;(6)By comparing the measured data to verify the simulation results on the role of rail clips connecting seam bolt dynamic load correctness;(7)In Hypermesh by fatigue analysis module,comparative analysis before and after bolting weld breaks surrounding the bolt connection weld residual life changes.
